In its purest form, castor oil is a colourless to pale yellow liquid with a distinct taste and odour, also cools and helps ease the itch . It has pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties. As Eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis are inflammatory conditions, castor oil would potentially help alleviate its symptoms and reduce flares.
